GoCardless is a direct debit system that is 100% secure and easy-to-use.
How does it work?
After we have cleaned your property, payments are requested by our bank to your bank. We will email informing you of the collection date for your payment and then it takes 3-5 days to clear in our account.
Is it secure?
Yes, it is 100% secure and all payments are covered under the direct debit guarantee. Your bank and our bank communicate and operate the direct debit scheme. You are free to cancel the scheme at any time. We would ask that you inform us by letter or email at least 14 days before your next clean.
Can I keep track of my direct debit payments?
Yes, you can. Once you’ve filled out the form and signed up to a free account with GoCardless our direct debit provider, you’ll then have access to all of your payment history.

You are free to cancel the Direct Debit payment system at any time. We ask for a letter or email of cancellation, at least 14 days before your next clean. This is to ensure that a payment is not requested through the direct debit scheme immediately after your clean.
